Full payment at arrival during low and mid season, 30 days before arrival during peak season
- more than 30 days, full refund.
- less than 30 days and more than 15 days before arrival date, 25% penalty;
- less than 15 days and more than 8 days before arrival date : 50% penalty;
- less than 8 days and more than 48 hours before arrival date: 75% penalty;
- less than 48 hours before arrival, no show, or anticipated departure: 100% penalty during peak season, or 30% penalty rest of the year.
